Fee split

60% of billings

GPs receive 60% of billings, with 40% retained by the practice — described as the highest-billing GP clinic in the area, giving genuine scope on income depending on the panel you build.

On-site pathology and pharmacy support stronger billings and a smoother patient experience. GP registrar supervision attracts a teaching loading payment on top of standard billings.

The Team & Culture

A large, collegiate team

You'd be joining a substantial team of 22 GPs, giving strong peer support and flexible cover across the week, alongside 7 nurses including 2 dedicated treatment room nurses — a genuinely clinical environment that goes beyond standard consultations.

The practice runs two full team meetings a month, plus regular social events — an active investment in team cohesion for a practice of this size.

Any experienced GP comfortable in a fully private billing environment, who can build and maintain a loyal patient base, will find a genuine fit here. An interest in GP registrar supervision is well matched to the teaching culture, though not essential.
